Ingredients of Onion Tomato Raita:
- curd (yoghurt)-1 cup
- Tiny well sliced tomato-1
- Sliced Mint Leaves-2 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder-1 tsp
- Tiny well sliced onion-1
- Well sliced green chilli-1
- Red chilli powder-1/8 tsp
- salt-2 pinches
For Garnishing:
- coriander leaves-2 sprigs
Preparation of Onion Tomato Raita:
1) Rinse the mint leaves, tomatoes, green chili & onion and then properly chop them. Put them beside.
2) Whisk the curd in a vessel. Gradually drop finely sliced tomato, mint leaves, onion & green chilli in the vessel of curd.
3) Now drop red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder & salt in the curd. Combine everything so well.
4) Decorate the onion tomato raita with coriander leaves & serve with biryani or pulao.
